When you use our forms, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, requested service, quote-request details and message content. The testimonial form also collects a rating, preferred public name, testimonial text and your choice to authorize or decline publication. Do not submit diagnoses or confidential medical information through these forms.

Use and Consent

We use this information to answer requests, prepare quotes, manage appointment requests, verify testimonials and provide requested services. A testimonial is published only when you select “Yes, I authorize publication.” You may withdraw that permission by contacting us. We do not sell or rent personal information.

External Providers

Forms are transmitted through FormSubmit. Appointment scheduling is provided by Calendly. Some pages may load content from Meta/Facebook or Instagram. When you use these services or view their embedded content, their own privacy policies apply and information may be processed outside Quebec or Canada.

Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses browser local storage only to remember your language preference. External services or embedded content may use their own cookies. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and Security

We limit access to information to those who need it for the purposes described. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, meet professional and legal obligations, or until applicable consent is withdrawn. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information and, where permitted by law, its deletion. You may also withdraw consent or request removal of a published testimonial. We may verify your identity before processing a request.
